USO - Potential breakout?

USO seems ready to breakout of the tight range it has been for over 9months now. Close above the wedge would also mean breaking out of the Inverse H&S pattern that is almost complete now. Breakout over $35 could take it all the way to $42.

OIH seems to be supporting this breakout as well.
